The original director this magnificent spectacle, Claude Terrail, has passed the show on to his son, André. This temple of culinary tradition remains unchanged, where people come from all corners of the globe to savour the famous canard au sang (duck in blood sauce) and sip the illustrious wines resting in the Tour's cellars.
